Are you an experienced Early Years Leader or Setting Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge, develop practice and make a difference across the early years sector?
Aiming High Early Years Stronger Practice Hub covering Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Central Bedfordshire is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Early Years professionals to join our team as specialist Early Years Learning Leads.
We are recruiting for three specialist roles:
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED) Lead
- Early Maths Lead (EML)
- Early Language Lead (ELL)
These roles offer an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and support early years practitioners.
About the role
As an Early Years Learning Lead, you will play an important part in supporting the work of Aiming High Early Years Stronger Practice Hub.
Depending on your area of specialism, you will help practitioners develop their knowledge and confidence in PSED, Early Maths or Early Language, while contributing to high-quality professional development and sharing effective practice across the sector.
You will have opportunities to:
- Support the delivery of high-quality professional development for early years practitioners.
- Provide specialist support within your area of expertise: PSED, Early Maths or Early Language.
- Share effective practice, knowledge and resources with early years settings.
- Support practitioners to develop their confidence, knowledge and skills.
- Build relationships and collaborate with professionals across Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Central Bedfordshire.
- Contribute to wider professional networking and knowledge sharing.
- Help strengthen early years practice and improve outcomes for young children.
